Meditation, Manifestation, Chakras, Consciousness, and the Law of Attraction

Welcome to CYOM! Your life is about to change!

You are not here by accident.

Something brought you to this page. Maybe you're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix. Maybe you're holding an overwhelming fear you've never said out loud, a sickness you can't seem to shake, a dream you've stopped working on. Maybe everything looks fine from the outside, but it takes a lot of energy to keep it looking that way.
Most courses on meditation teach you to relax but we teach you to create! You will learn how to use your mind in a way that will pave the way for your dream life to come naturally. Some of these meditations are stress management tools. Others are  giant life-building instruments.
Over the next six lessons, you'll find out why your body can't tell the difference between a real threat and one you imagined, and why most people stay stuck their entire lives.
You'll see the actual science behind the placebo effect, proving that belief carries a real, physical chemistry. You'll meet monks who raised their body temperature in the snow with nothing but focus, NAVY SEALs who survived the hardest training on earth using a simple mental technique, and people who struggled with health issues that learned to heal their bodies.

We'll show you the beginning steps for everything.

  • What chakras really are and how they are a part of your endocrine system.
  • How breathwork can pull you out of survival mode in under two minutes.
  • How your thoughts speak directly to your cells
  • What ancient traditions knew and modern labs are now confirming
  • How meditation can induce long term healing in your body
  • How to begin manifesting a brand new reality
And you'll hear Ryan's story. A year bedridden. Over eighty pounds lost. Doctors who couldn't figure out what was wrong. A savings account drained to zero by treatments that didn't work. A short, desperate prayer. A strange meditation video he almost turned off. And the thirty second experience that ended over six years of suffering in a single moment! You'll see exactly how he went from dying in a bed in California to writing these words from in his dream home... The one he had pictured years before.

This Course is about YOU.

By the end, you will understand how your mind has been quietly creating your reality this whole time, whether you wanted it to or not, and you will know exactly how to put your hands back on the wheel. You will have a meditation practice that fits your real life. You will know which doorway your nervous system needs, which chakra your desire is hiding behind, and how to feel the future before it arrives so the body has something real to walk toward.
Here's what we'll promise you. We won't waste a minute of your time. Every lesson is built to give you something you can use today. No fluff. No filler. No spiritual jargon for the sake of sounding deep. Just the history, the real science, the real stories, the real practices, and the real path that has changed Ryan's life, and the lives of hundreds of thousands of others who have walked this road before you.
And we won't ask you to believe a single thing in advance. We're asking you to stay curious all the way to the end and let your own experience be the judge.
This course is free. It will likely be one of the most valuable things you read this year. The version of you who finishes it is already on the way. At the very end of the course, we will offer to help you build a plan for your life.
Let's begin.

What is meditation the way the CYOM community sees it? If you have never meditated or you consider yourself a beginner, maybe you think meditation means sitting quietly and trying not to think. That's only the bare surface. It can actually be used for:
Healing. Enlightenment. Awakening. Insight. Compassion. Discipline. Prayer. Transformation. Many useful positives come form meditation.
In the CYOM community, meditation is also used to rehearse a future reality before it actually appears physically. It's used to become someone new. It's used to heal yourself and heal others. Keep reading!

Your Foundational 720 Days

Meditation is one of humanity’s oldest ways to enter alternate worlds. Long before people had brain scans or stress research, they still understood that the inner life matters. Our thoughts matter.
Ancient people watched their breath, repeated humming sounds, prayed, fasted, chanted, sat in silence, entered caves, climbed mountains, used drums, listened to dreams, worked with plants, and looked to the stars. They may not have used the words “subconscious mind,” “quantum field,” or “heart coherence,” but they were already exploring consciousness, 5,000 years ago.
This course could be called a Law of Attraction course in modern times. Here you will learn that meditation is more than a relaxation technique. Much more. It's the practice of choosing to experience what you want before you can see it in your outer world. You are going to lean that when you stop reacting (out of fear)and start creating (from a new frequency,) everything in your life will change in record time!

How long for a total transformation?

This depends on you. The list below is simply a guide, based upon personal experiences, polls, and the way the CYOM community sees reality. These are just estimates based upon if a person were to 100?% aligned with the frequency. These are things that can happen. Of course we can't say they will happen to you. It's a What if scenario that happened to Ryan and countless others.
  • Simple Manifesting like getting a new felt tip pen: 3 days
  • Moderate Manifesting like obtaining your dream job: 6 months
  • Massive Manifesting like becoming a completely different person, healing from illness, living in a dream home, making a dreamy income, and in a perfect dream relationship: 720 days
The basic teaching is this: Your attention is creative. What you repeatedly focus on becomes familiar. What becomes familiar becomes believable. What becomes believable becomes part of your identity. What becomes identity begins to shape your behavior, choices, relationships, opportunities, and spiritual expectations.
The Skeptizmos note:
Does everyone live in a dream home in 720 days? Nope. Not even close. The masses also don't practice manifesting techniques. The old saying goes... Like attracts like. You get what you believe, whether good or bad. Ryan didn't manifest a dream life in 720 days the first time. It took 4 attempts but the last attempt he went all in as you will read later.
This is the part of the course where some people might stop reading and say, "Hogwash!" That is perfectly fine. This path isn't the path for everyone. If now is our time to part ways, I wish you well!
...but what if?

Your Starting Point

Most people try to change life from the outside first. You wait for money BEFORE feeling abundant. You wait for love BEFORE feeling attractive. Maybe you wait for healing BEFORE feeling healthy. Most people wait for the 'proof' before they believe that the proof has happened. This is backwards thinking.
Manifestation reverses this order. It asks you to practice feeling the emotion of whatever you want, first. Then continue feeling it before you ever see the outcome. When your frequency matches the frequency of the thing you want, THEN it comes.
A Quick Thought Experiment
Who is the person you trust most in this world? A parent? A friend? Whoever it is, bring that person to mind. Let's pretend you needed something so you ask, " My trusted advisor, I need ___________________. May I have it?" If they tell you, "Yes, Of course, I will give it to you soon." then it's done, correct?
You're not sad because you don't have it yet. You don't keep begging them for it. You don't wonder if they will give it to you. On the contrary, You trust them. You are excited! You might even tell others that you have the thing, even before you see it. You believe with all your heart that you already have it.
If you asked your trusted advisor for $10,000 to go on your dream vacation, for instance, and they said yes, what would you do? You would go shopping. You would start looking for plane tickets. You might even buy some new swimming outfits.
This is exactly the approach you should have with meditation.
Meditation give you a way to rehearse being your future self. In meditation, you will  practice feeling loved before the relationship appears. You'll practice gratitude before the money arrives. You will become peaceful before the problem is resolved. And you will feel healthy and energetic before your body reflects it.
This is why many modern manifestation teachers say the mind and body must learn the future before the future arrives.
  • Dr. Joe Dispenza teaches that people must move beyond the old emotional patterns of the past and condition the body into a new future state.
  • Lynne McTaggart teaches group intention as a focused force.
  • Gregg Braden speaks of prayer as a feeling, not just a request.
  • Bruce Lipton connects belief and biology through his interpretation of cell behavior and epigenetics.
  • Wim Hof shows how meditation and deep breathing heals the body.
Another way to understand meditation is to imagine a radio. The radio doesn't create every station from scratch, as you listen. There are thousands of radio waves flowing through the air all around you right now and you are simply tuning into the frequency of the station you want to listen to.
The human mind works in a similar way. A fearful mind is tuned to the frequency of fear and finds danger everywhere it looks. A resentful mind is locked into the frequency where people can't be trusted. However a grateful mind is experiencing the frequency of happy things and a loving frequency sees a brighter world everywhere. Meditation is the practice of changing the radio station of your emotions.
Change your frequency, change your life.

Check your Frequency

It's time to play an active role in your future. Sit comfortably, close your eyes and take three slow breaths. Place one hand on your heart. Ask yourself, “What emotion do I feel right now?”
Don't judge the answer. Just notice it. Notice the very first thing that appears in your mind. Maybe the answer is fear. Maybe it is hope. Maybe it is stress. Maybe it is gratitude. Maybe it is scarcity. Maybe it is love. There is no wrong answer.
Now choose one feeling you want to experience. It could be peace, abundance, healing, courage, forgiveness, or anything from the chart above. Breathe as if that emotion is already happening now. If you want to visualize something, find something from your past that makes you smile when you think about it. Let the body feel it before life proves it.
Silently repeat something like: “I feel happiness before I can see it.” or "I choose abundance!" You can follow this meditation to help you...

Note: Be Careful!

Before you write anything, remember that words have power. What you write today has an impact on tomorrow. The words you write today will be something you can look back on in a couple of years and say, "Wow! Look at me now!" The response can't be edited after you submit so make sure that it's somethin you really want.
Write it as if it's already happened.

Meditation from the Outside

From the outside, meditation can look boring. You sit still, close your eyes, breathe, and it seems like you apparently do nothing.
But inwardly, meditation is one of the most active things you can do. You are learning to observe thought, redirect attention, feel emotion without being swallowed by it, and enter altered states of consciousness on purpose.
Britannica describes meditation as a mental exercise involving concentration, contemplation, or abstraction, often used to reach spiritual awareness or mental clarity. It also notes that Western people began using the word “meditation” for many Eastern mental practices of Asia and the Middle East.
Here, in the CYOM community, we explain that meditation is the act of becoming conscious of things you were not conscious of before and then working with yourself to bring about the outcome you want with intention.
That means meditation can be attention training, but it can also be prayer. It can be nervous system regulation, but it can also be communion with God. It can be a mental health practice, but it can also be a manifestation ritual. It can be a quiet moment in a chair, but it can also be a sacred act of creation. Heck, it can even be eating right and exercise while listening to heavy metal music if this is what speaks to your soul.
Some people might meditate while sitting quietly in a chair. Others lay down and wear an eye mask. Others sing, dance, and sway. Some do breath work. Yet others can have full blown out of body experiences that seem to come out of nowhere. It's all meditation and we all experience it differently.

Meditation and the Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction teaches that like attracts like. At the simplest level, this means your inner emotional state and outer physical experience are connected.
For example, when someone is angry, they speak differently, walk differently, drive differently, and interpret people differently. Their emotional state becomes a filter. When someone is grateful, they also behave differently. They notice kindness. They receive help more easily. They are less defensive. Their world seems to shift because their state has shifted.
Manifestation takes this idea deeper. It says your inner state is not just a reaction to reality. It is how reality is formed. Here at CYOM, we believe in the science that suggests that consciousness is the fundamental building blocks of reality and you are actually creating your reality right now, inside your head.
Meditation becomes the training ground where everything begins to come into existence. Instead of waiting for your outer world to change your feelings, you can practice the feeling first. You become the future internally before the future arrives externally. We will get into this more, as the course continues.

Meditation and Quantum Possibility

Modern manifestation culture often uses quantum physics as a symbolic language for possibility. The famous double-slit experiment is one reason people became fascinated with the idea that reality is not as fixed as it appears. In physics, the experiment shows that light and matter can be a wave or particle at the same time, and it changes when it knows it's being observed. For real!
To explain this a bit more, check out this cartoon from years ago...
Quantum language is used as a mystical teaching bridge. You don't need to become a physicist to understand it though. The point is to understand the spiritual metaphor that says, "Reality is more fluid, relational, and possibility-based than it appears."
That is why manifestation teachers speak about 'the field', 'vibration', 'frequency', and 'energy.' They are using spiritual language to describe a universe that feels alive, responsive, and structured.
1.618
Some call it sacred geometry. We simply call it math.
The Fibonacci number sequence, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, etc... and the golden ratio, about 1.618, are often used in spiritual teaching because they show patterns, growth, balance, and beauty. Britannica explains that ratios between Fibonacci numbers approach the golden ratio as the sequence continues.
You can see these patterns all over life. In plants, Fibonacci numbers often appear in sunflower seeds, pinecones, pineapples, flower petals, and the spiral arrangement of leaves. In the body, teachers often point to proportions in the face, hands, fingers, arms, and overall body shape that can loosely echo golden-ratio relationships. In art and architecture, the golden ratio has been used to create a sense of balance and visual harmony. Even traders use Fibonacci math in the stock market. They look at levels like 38.2%, and 61.8% to estimate where price may pause, reverse, or continue.
Nature often grows through repeating patterns, and math gives us a language for noticing them.
In a manifestation course such as this, the golden ratio becomes a symbol of divine pattern. It suggests that growth is not random. Nature unfolds through rhythm, repetition, spiral, and proportion. The same can be said of your life transformation. Your new life will not usually be created in one dramatic jump. It will take repeated effort of emotional alignment.

Practice: Feel the Future Before It Arrives

Remember, we said this is an act of repeating your efforts. You will be doing things over and over and over on a daily basis. This is training your mind and body to become someone new.
So again, sit comfortably and close your eyes. Choose one area of life you want to transform. Don't pick ten things. Pick one.
Imagine that this has already happened. If you chose healing, then imagine you are already healed but don't focus on the healing. Focus on being alive and energetic and having a jolly ol time!  You don't have to force a perfect movie in your mind. Just create a scene that would show you after the change has happened.
Maybe you are walking into a new home. Maybe you are receiving good news. Maybe your body feels strong. Maybe you are laughing with someone you love. Maybe your business is helping people. Maybe you are waking up with a smile!
After you pick a scene from your new life, stop watching the scene from the outside and step into it. Feel it from inside your body. Ask, “What emotion would I have if this were already real?” Whatever that emotion is is the emotion you need to try to feel.
Stay with that emotion throughout the meditation.
At the end, whisper, “Thank you.” and write your reflection.

The Major Types of Meditation

There are many types of meditation, and each one trains a different doorway into consciousness.
Mindfulness teaches awareness. You watch your thoughts, feelings, and body sensations without being pulled into every story. In manifestation work, mindfulness is powerful because it helps you catch old programming. You cannot change a belief if you never notice it.
Mantra meditation uses repeated sound, word, phrase, prayer, or sacred syllable. In Hindu and Buddhist traditions, mantra can be treated as sacred vibration. In modern manifestation, mantra becomes affirmation, declaration, and identity training. A phrase like “I am safe to receive” is not just a sentence. It is a new pattern being offered to the subconscious mind.
Breathwork uses the breath to shift the body’s state. This matters because manifestation is not only mental. A person can say “I am abundant” all day, but if the body is locked in survival mode, the affirmation may not land. Breathwork helps the nervous system become more available to safety, expansion, and receiving.
Prayer-based meditation turns desire toward God, Source, divine intelligence, or sacred presence. In many traditions, prayer is not passive. It is active relationship. It asks, trusts, listens, surrenders, and receives. For a manifestation student, prayer can become a bridge between personal desire and divine timing.

Question
Do the teachings in this course match the spiritual teachings of major religions?
Tap to reveal
Answer
Yes. For instance: The Bible: Matthew 21:22 "And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." and Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 17, Verse 3 "Man is made of his faith; as is his faith, so is he."
Loving-kindness meditation trains the heart. It sends goodwill to self and others. This matters because resentment, shame, and self-hatred can block receiving. Love opens the inner field.
Visualization meditation uses imagination to rehearse a desired reality. Athletes, performers, speakers, healers, and manifestation students all use inner rehearsal. The body does not always sharply separate real experience from vividly imagined experience. This is why visualization can change confidence, readiness, and emotional expectation.
Yoga-based meditation uses posture, breath, energy, and concentration. Classical yoga includes dhyana, often translated as meditation or contemplation. Dhyana later became historically connected to Chan in China and Zen in Japan.
Contemplative meditation asks the student to sit with a sacred question. Instead of repeating a phrase or watching the breath, the student may ask, “Who am I becoming?” or “What does love want from me?” This style is powerful for manifestation because it reveals hidden beliefs.
Chakra meditation uses the subtle energy centers of the body as a map. Britannica describes chakras as psychic-energy centers in some Hindu and Tantric Buddhist systems. In modern manifestation work, chakras help students connect desires to safety, creativity, power, love, voice, vision, and surrender.
Energy meditation includes practices focused on life force, prana, chi, aura, kundalini, or spiritual transmission. KAP, Kundalini Activation Process, fits into this modern energy category. It is often described by its practitioners as an energy activation or transmission process where people may experience movement, emotion, release, or altered states. This should be approached carefully and gently, especially by beginners.
Gratitude meditation is one of the simplest manifestation practices. It teaches the body to say thank you before the evidence arrives. In Law of Attraction language, gratitude is the emotional signature of already receiving.

Practice: Choose Your Doorway

Choose one of the types of meditation above and practice for 5 minutes.
You can focus on the breath, repeat a mantra, say a prayer, imagine a future scene, place attention on the heart, or simply feel gratitude. Whatever you choose doesn't matter at all. The universe sees you trying so it  stand with you.
The practice doesn't have to be perfect. The practice is simply to do an action. Participate. Put forth effort as if you are trying to change your life. Every time you make an effort, you are slowly creating a small piece of your dream life.
When the five minutes are complete, ask yourself...
Reflection
How did it go? How did you feel?

So What is 720??

720 days is almost two years.
Why 720? Because deep transformation often takes time. For many people, it takes about two years to stop living as the old version of themselves and begin fully becoming someone new with new hobbies, shopping at new stores, living in new cities, and thinking in new ways.
Maybe your transformation takes two years. Maybe it takes four years. Maybe something inside you shifts in three weeks. The timeline is not the real point - It's just something to focus on. The real point is that every day you practice, choose differently, feel differently, and believe differently, you are training yourself to live in a new reality.
So why not 730 days?
Because we are human.
Some days, we don't feel inspired at all. Some days, we mope around, feel sorry for ourselves, get frustrated, or forget who we are becoming. Those days happen. They don't make you a failure. They just remind you that growth is a practice.
So we give ourselves a little grace... 10 free days of nonsense! lol
720 is your symbol of transformation. It means you are committed to becoming someone new, while still allowing yourself to be human along the way.
I am so proud of you for making it this far.
Now, let’s move into the next lesson.
