Week 3: Become the One Who Has It
Week 3: Become the One Who Has It
This week, your meditation grows to 30 minutes a day. You'll also look at your vision board and act as if every day. Plan on about 70 minutes per day because it is starting to get real now.
Here's the idea behind this whole week, and it's the most important idea in the entire program. You don't manifest a new life and then become someone new. You become someone new first, and your new life follows.
Every day this week, spend 5 minutes looking at your vision board, and keep Catch and Re-render running. Starting on Day 17, you'll add one small "act as if" action each day.
Day 15: Identity
Today you're meeting your future self while building a 30-minute meditation from scratch.
Most people try to manifest a new life while holding the old self in place. They want abundance but still identify as unlucky. They want love but identify themselves as unlovable. They want health but always talk about 'their sickness' as if it's something they own. They want a new house but don't start packing. They want the trip but haven't purchased their passport.
There is an old saying...
"You can’t heal in the same environment that made you sick.”Unknown Author
I will add a few more to this...
- You can’t create a new love life when you are still repeating the same relationship patterns.
- You can’t experience financial abundance while consistently only buying everything that's on sale, expecting scarcity.
- You can’t discover your life purpose while living only to meet other people’s expectations for your life.
- You can’t build a peaceful life while staying committed to what keeps you in survival mode.
- You can’t become a new version of yourself while protecting the habits of your current life.
- You can’t always become who you’re meant to be in the same city that keeps reminding you who you used to be.
These are all like like having your foot on the gas and the brake at the same time. The want reaches forward, the identity pulls back, and the identity almost always wins, because it's the deeper instruction.
Bob Proctor once said, “Our environment, the world in which we live and work, is a mirror of our attitudes and expectations.” This means that in order to become someone new, you have to become someone new.
So today we meet that person.
Build Your Week 3 Meditation:
This week, you are going to be turning it up a notch and creating your own meditations from scratch. Go to Studio and create a meditation. Feel free to get super creative. Now is the time where you can pick and choose anything you want, instead of relying on us to choose for you.
Play around with it and have fun. Let's see how your meditation comes out. Don't worry if it's not perfect yet. This will come with time. The main point of this exercise is that you are taking a step toward something new. You are stepping into the unknown and doing something you have never done before.
Today's Meditation (30 min):
Play your Week 3 Studio Meditation. Picture your future self walking into the room. The future you already has everything on your vision board. Notice how that person would walk, how you will hold their shoulders, how your face looks when you're relaxed and how you light up when you are happy! Then, slowly, step into that life. Look out through your brand new eyes. Breathe your new breath and stay there.
Write in Your Journal:
Who would I have to be to already have everything on my vision board? How does that person talk, dress, spend their mornings, handle a bad day, and speak about money?
Write it as "I am..." statements. At least ten of them.
Day 15: The Floor Day Version
Write one "I am" statement from your future self. Say it out loud once. Your day is complete.
Day 16: The Belief Audit
Today you will spend about 70 minutes looking at the beliefs that argue with your dreams.
Now that you've met your future self, you're going to notice that there are beliefs inside you that argue with your own desires. They do it Loudly.
"Who do you think you are?"
"People like us don't get that."
"It's too late for you."
"You're just getting old."
"Nobody's gonna buy that."
Those voices aren't your enemy. They're old programs, trying to keep you safe the only way they know how. But they're running outdated software, and today we look at the code.
Remember the chakra questions from the Foundation course? Each energy center asks its own question. Today you use them as a checklist:
- Root: Is it safe for me to have this thing I am asking for?
- Sacral: Do I really want this, or do I only think I should want it?
- Solar Plexus: Will I act on it? Do I believe I actually can?
- Heart: Can I receive it with gratitude before it arrives?
- Throat: Will I say it out loud?
- Third Eye: Can I see it before it's here?
- Crown: Can I let go of the how?
Today's Meditation (30 min):
Play your Week 3 Meditation. Hold one desire from your board in your mind, and slowly move your attention from the base of your spine up to the top of your head. Stop at each center and ask its question. Notice where your body tightens or says "no." Don't fix it. Just notice.
Write in Your Journal:
Take your top desire from the board and answer all seven questions above, honestly. For every "no" or "I'm not sure," write where you think that belief came from. Then write the new belief underneath it.
Day 16: The Floor Day Version
Ask just the root question about one desire. Write down your honest answer. Your day is complete.
Day 17: Acting As If
Today you will spend about 70 minutes starting to live like the person who already has it. Remember the pizza joint story? Here's how ended.
I started applying to the companies I dreamed about, but I didn't apply like a guy working at a pizza place. I applied like someone who was already hired. I brushed up on my skills. I watched training videos in the evenings like I needed them for my new job on Monday. A few people thought I was nuts but I didn't care.
The company I wanted most called me. They asked me a few questions about options trading, and I was hired within days. My job was writing documentation for a brand new trading platform. Catered lunches, parties, and a team I loved came with the package. I still kept a puke bucket under my desk for a while, but I was out of bed and working my dream job because i kept acting as if... until the if came to me.
Remember the thought experiment from the Foundation course? If the person you trust most told you, "Yes, I'll give it to you soon," you wouldn't keep begging. You'd start getting ready. That's acting as if. When you ask the universe, it always gives what you ask for... not with words but with your emotions and through your actions.
Your Act As If Action (starting today, every day):
Every day from now until Day 30, do one small thing your future self does.
Examples:
- Walk into the store where your future self shops and try something on.
- Test drive the car.
- Set the table for two.
- Look at the listings in the neighborhood you're moving to.
- Put a "Savings" line in your budget, even if it's $5. Heck, even if it's 10 cents.
- Wear the outfit you've been saving for "someday."
- Answer the phone the way someone who's doing great answers the phone.
Today's Meditation (30 min):
Play My Week 3 Meditation. As your future self, walk through the actions you're about to take today. Feel how easy and natural it is. The entire emotion you want to feel during your meditation is "Ease."
Write in Your Journal:
Would you rather know the exact date your desire arrives but not how, or know exactly how it arrives but not when? Define why. Then write down what you want, act as if you have it and jot down how you feel now that you have it! What new doors are opening because you have the desire?
Day 17: The Floor Day Version
Do one tiny 'Act as if' thing, even if it's just standing like your future self for 30 seconds. Your day is complete.
Day 18: The Wish Fulfilled
Today you will spend about 70 minutes feeling grateful for things before they arrive.
In the Foundation course, you learned the difference between "fake it till you make it" and actually feeling it. If you're faking, some part of you knows you don't have it. The goal is to feel the emotion of already having it.

What method do you use to "ASK?"

Answer
Witches call it spells. Christians call it prayer. Spiritualists call it manifestation. Atheists call it the placebo effect. Scientists call it quantum physics. Everyone’s arguing over its name, but no one is denying its existence.
Gregg Braden describes prayer this way, "It's not asking, but feeling as if the prayer has already been answered. Your heart is the organ that does this work. When you feel real gratitude, your heart rhythm smooths into a steady, coherent pattern that the HeartMath Institute has measured for decades."
Today is all heart.
[Breathing Exercise]
Before your meditation today, do 8 rounds: in for 6, out for 10. Hands on your heart. This will help relax your parasympathetic nervous system and put you at ease.

Today's Meditation (30 min):
Play your Week 3 Meditation. Bring your top desire to mind, but instead of wanting it, thank life for it. "Thank you for my healthy body. Thank you for the money in my account. Thank you for the love in my home." Present tense, like it already happened. If gratitude feels forced, go back to the relief from the exhaustion course.
Write in Your Journal:
Write a thank you letter from your future self, one year from now, to the universe, to God, or to whatever name feels true. Thank it for everything that rendered, in detail, as if it all already happened.
On CYOM:
Go to the Circle → Intentions and open the Hall of Manifestation. Read a fulfilled intention from another members and react to them (+1 XP each). Every one of them is proof that this works for real people, just like you and me.
Day 18: The Floor Day Version
Say "thank you" out loud for one thing on your board as if you already have it. Your day is complete.
Day 19: Studio Day
Today you will spend about 90 minutes building your very own meditation in the Studio.
Today is a big one. You're going to build the meditation you might even for many years to come!
Before You Build, Answer This:
Where would you love this meditation to take you? Describe the place and the feeling. Be as descriptive as possible. What do you see? What do you smell? Can you feel the wind on your face? Listen to the riffling of the leaves on a tree. Dig deep and pull out everything you can think of.
Write your answer in your journal first. That's your blueprint.
Build It in the Studio:
- Click Studio in the top menu.
- Use the Type and Category filters to find your tracks. Try Guided and Manifesting, Self Love, or Healing, depending on your top desire.
- Drag a guided track onto your first lane. (On a phone or tablet, tap to place it.)
- Drag a music track onto a second lane underneath it, so they play at the same time.
- Add a Sound Effect on a third lane: a chime or singing bowl at the very start and the very end.
- Click a clip to adjust it. Use Fade In at the beginning and Fade Out at the end so it feels smooth. Turn the music down with Gain if it's covering the voice.
- Aim for a sweet spot of about 30-60 minutes.
- Name the project "My New Life Meditation" or something that is meaningful t you and save it.
- Download it as an MP3 so you can play it anywhere.
Don't see a track you wish existed? Send us a note through Messages. Tell us what you're looking for. We read every one of them and we may just make the track!
Today's Meditation (30 min):
Play your New Life Meditation for the first time. You made this. Everything in it was chosen by you, for you.
Write in Your Journal:
How did it feel to hear a meditation you built yourself? What would you change next time?
Day 19: The Floor Day Version
Open the Studio and place one track on one lane. Save it. Continue building tomorrow. Your day is complete.
Day 20: The Power of Words
Today you will spend about 70 minutes changing the words that come out of your mouth.
"Death and life are in the power of the tongue." (Proverbs 18:21)
Florence Scovel Shinn taught back in 1925 that your word is like a magic wand. Whatever you speak about yourself, again and again, you're casting.
Casting what? Think about it like this. Words are made up of letters that spell something... so could you be casting a spell just by talking and allowing words to cause vibrations in the air? We already know that sound vibrations can kill or heal. Just something to think about.
Listen to how most people talk.
"I'm so broke."
"My back is killing me."
"I'll never find anyone."
"That's just my luck."
They say it as a joke, or as small talk, but what they realize is that they say it dozens of times a day. That's dozens of times a day they're telling their body and their Reticular Activating System what to look for.
Catch and Re-render has been working on your thoughts for almost three weeks. Today it moves into your mouth.
The Word Audit:
All day today, catch every negative thing you say out loud about yourself, your money, your body, or your life. Every time you catch yourself saying something negative, stop and re-say it the new way, even mid-sentence. Yes, people might look at you funny but that's okay.
- "I'm broke" becomes "Money's on its way."
- "I'm so unlucky" becomes "I'm the luckiest person alive!"
- "I'm just sick and broke." becomes "I'm healthy and wealthy!"
Today's Meditation (30 min):
Play your New Life Meditation. At the end, say one "I am" statement from Day 15 out loud, slowly, seven times. Feel the sound vibrate in your throat. Ponder upon the meaning. Really feel it.
Write in Your Journal:
What words will my future self stop using? What words would I use instead? Make two columns. When you have written down at least 10 in each column, pick one phrase to stop saying and one phrase to begin saying and work on continuing to say that phrase, moving forward.
Day 20: The Floor Day Version
Catch one thing you say out loud and re-say it the new way. Your day is complete.
Day 21: The Mirror
Today you will spend about 75 minutes looking back at how far you've come.
Three weeks! You're past the halfway point, and most people never make it this far in anything. Take a breath and give yourself some credit. Seriously. Put your hand on your chest and say, "I'm proud of you." It feels silly but do it anyway.
Today you look in the mirror.
Write in Your Journal:
Go back to Day 3. Look at the numbers you gave each area of your life: Money, Love, Health, Career, Purpose. Now rate them again, today.
What changed? What didn't? And more importantly, did the way you FEEL about each area change, even if the circumstances haven't changed yet?
Remember the paper towel roll. You peel off a square and nothing looks different. Peel off twenty and it still looks the same. But every single square came off. If a number didn't move yet, that doesn't mean nothing happened. You are building a solid foundation so write about it.
Today's Meditation (30 min):
Play your New Life Meditation. Afterward, sit for two extra minutes with your eyes closed and notice how your body feels compared to Day 1.
On CYOM:
Go to Circle → Intentions → Active Intentions. Find someone in the community and Add Your Words of Support to their intentions. Lifting others up is one of the fastest ways to raise your own energy. It's belief #6 in action... We are them.
Day 21: The Floor Day Version
Re-rate just one life area and compare it to Day 3. Your day is complete.
