Week 4: Walk It Into Form

Week 4: Walk It Into Form

This week, your meditation grows to 40+ minutes a day. You'll keep everything you've built so far and add inspired action. Plan on about 100 minutes a day of total action. You are jumping in with both feet. Some call it jumping off a cliff and building your parachute on the way down.
Your daily 40+ minutes will go something like this. Play your New Life Meditation (about 30 minutes), then sit for 10 more minutes in silence, just breathing and feeling. Keep up your board time, your act as if action, and Catch and Re-render. This week, you add inspired action and an evidence log.

Day 22: Inspired Action

Today you will spend about 100 minutes (roughly an hour and a half) taking your first inspired steps.
There was a day, when I was still very sick, when the light came through the window just right and something quiet in me said, "Get up. Walk to the door. Surely, you can make it to the door." And the old me said, "Don't be foolish. You'll fall. You'll make it worse. You'll get nervous and puke!"
For a long time, I listened to the old me and he held me back. Then one day I didn't. I decided, "No More!" I threw the covers off, forced a smile, gave thanks for a body that wasn't healed yet, and walked to the door with shaking legs.
Walking to the door didn't heal me but being willing to walk to the door did.
Ryan Herron
That was my new identity reaching for my new life and you will reach for your new life too! The question is, "When will you start?"
Inspired action is the key. It's not hustle and it's definitely not from a state of panic. You learned the difference in the exhaustion course... Action from effort feels like pushing, and action from rest feels like being drawn to it. Inspired action is the pull that keeps you doing it again and again.

Today's Meditation (40 min):

Play your New Life Meditation, then sit 10 minutes in total silence. During the silence, ask, "What's one step that's calling me?" Don't hunt for the answer. Let it drop in, the way a forgotten name shows up while you're making a sandwich.

Write in Your Journal:

Make two lists. On the left, jot down actions that make you feel pushed or things you "should" do, that make your chest tight. On the right, list actions where you feel pulled. These are things that feel exciting, simple, or strangely obvious.
Pick one item from the right side, and do it today. Don't wait till tomorrow. Simply make a decision and do it. It doesn't have to be a GIANT thing but it does have to be something.

Day 22: The Floor Day Version

Write down one pulled action. Do the smallest possible version of it. Your day is complete.

Day 23: The Evidence Log

Today you will spend about 100 minutes starting to collect proof that the universe is answering.
"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." (Hebrews 11:1)
Here's a secret about manifesting. The big thing almost never arrives first. Little things start arriving first. A song on the radio at the exact right moment. A stranger mentioning the city you want to move to. A $20 bill in an old jacket. An email from someone you were just thinking about.
Most people miss all of it, because they're only watching for the BIG SHINY THING so their RAS never learns that the universe is answering. If the person can't see the small synchronicities, how can the big thing come? So today you start keeping score!

Start Your Evidence Log:

Turn to a fresh page in your notebook (I hope you are taking notes and writing down everything you are learning!) and title it Evidence. From today on, write down every sign, synchronicity, coincidence or 'CoWinky Dink', and any small wins you notice.
Flip Card
Question
What win is too small to worry about?
Tap to reveal
Answer
Nothing is too small to count! My first small win was a felt tip pen.
Then go back through your journal from Day 1 and add anything that already happened that you didn't count at the time. Did the Day 8 experiment show up? Log it.
You'll be surprised how full this page gets. The more you log, the more your RAS goes looking, and the more you find. It feeds itself and becomes something amazing over time! One day you will look back and see all the things that happens and know the sequence of events that made them happen.

Today's Meditation (40 min):

Play your New Life Meditation, then 10 minutes of silence. In the silence and in your mind, replay three pieces of evidence from your log, and feel grateful for each one.

Write in Your Journal:

What evidence did I dismiss as "just a coincidence" before I started this program?

Day 23: The Floor Day Version

Write one piece of evidence on your Evidence page. Your day is complete.

Day 24: Crossing Paths

Today you will spend about 100 minutes reaching out to the people who are already living their perfect future or a future similar to one you want.
When you focus on something, you start noticing it everywhere. And when you start noticing the people who already live the life you want, something wonderful happens. Your paths start to cross, like magic!
Have you ever noticed...
  1. Broke people usually know and hang out with other broke people. Likewise, wealthy people know and hang out with other wealthy people.
  2. Unhappy couples get together to complain about everyone else. Likewise, happy couples hang out with other happy couples.
  3. Sick people look for other sick people to spend time with. Likewise, healthy people hang out with other healthy people.
When you start moving like your future self, you start showing up in the rooms where your future self hangs out, and those people start showing up in yours.

Today's Meditation (40 min):

Play your New Life Meditation, then 10 minutes of silence. In the silence, picture someone who already has what you want, sitting across from you, smiling, happy to help.

Your Crossing Paths Action:

Reach out to one person who is already living part of the life you want. Interact with them in some way. Maybe you can ask them a question or compliment them. You could be bold and Invite them to coffee. It could be a friend of a friend, someone in a community you belong to, or even a random stranger.
The main thing is to interact once today. You will begin naturally interacting with people that have went before you more and more as your get farther along in your journey.

Write in Your Journal:

Who do I know that is already living part of my future? How would I love to interact with them?

Day 24: The Floor Day Version

Write down the name of one person you'd like to reach out to. Your day is complete.

Day 25: Surrender

Today you will spend about 100 minutes learning to let go of the how.
You've chosen what you want. You've felt the emotions of it and you've acted. Now comes the hardest part for most people... Letting go.
The crown chakra asks, "Can I let go of the how and trust the universe?" That's today's whole lesson. Think about trying to fall asleep. The harder you try, the more awake you get. Manifesting works the same way. Your job was to set the conditions, try, and act as if you care about it. The universe handles delivery.
Letting go doesn't mean you stop wanting. It means you stop gripping onto it. You stop checking the mailbox eleven times a day. You stop asking, "Is it working yet?" You trust it the way you trust the person in your life that never lies to you. If they say it, then it's done.

Today's Meditation (40 min): Divine Flow:

Today, you're not going to choose your meditation. You're letting it choose you.
  1. Go to Create.
  2. Find Divine Flow, set the duration to 40 minutes, and click Generate Divine Flow.
  3. CYOM will assemble the meditation for you. Whatever comes, press play, and receive it without judging. Whatever it is, it's meant for you.
That's the practice. Accepting what arrives without needing to control it.

Write in Your Journal:

Would you rather control every detail of how your desire arrives, or receive something even better than you pictured, in a way you never expected?
Then write down the one desire you've been gripping the hardest, and write underneath it: "I release the how."

Day 25: The Floor Day Version

Say out loud, "I release the how." Take one long exhale. Your day is complete.

Day 26: We Are Them

Today you will spend about 100 minutes sending love to people you may never meet.
On Day 0, you read belief #6: We Are Them. Today we live it.
There's a person you rarely think about. Maybe it's someone living on the street you pass every day. Maybe it's a child in another country who went to bed hungry. Maybe it's the neighbor you can't stand. CYOM believes you are experiencing life as them too, through a lens you can't see from where you are, inside your body suit.
Here's the beautiful part.
When you send love to someone else, you're sending it to yourself.
When you help someone else, you're helping yourself. That's not a trick for manifesting faster. It's just how it works when we're all just tiny pieces of the same creator. Think of it like this...
  1. A teaspoon of ocean water is still the ocean.
  2. A rainbow has many colors, but they are all the same thing: Light.
  3. A single flame is still a part of the same campfire.
  4. A single note is still part of the song.
The old story goes... Jesus was teaching that when you feed the hungry, welcome strangers, care for the sick, or help those in need, you are also serving Him. “Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 25:40, NIV)
In essence, when you help another person, you're helping a part of the same divine source that you are.

Today's Meditation (40 min):

Play your New Life Meditation. Then, for your 10 minutes of silence, do a loving-kindness practice. Picture someone you love and silently say, "May you be safe. May you be healthy. May you be happy. May you be at peace." Then do the same for a stranger. Then for someone you find difficult. Then for the child who went to bed hungry tonight. Then for yourself.
Your goal is to simply spread love. Feel the love and give it to as many people as you can!

Your Compassion Action:

Do one real, physical kind thing for someone who can't pay you back. Buy a meal. Donate. Leave a big tip. Help someone carry groceries. Call someone who's lonely. Open a door. Wash their car. Whatever it is, do something.

On CYOM:

Go to the Circle and either Dedicate a Meditation to another member (10 XP) or Send a Blessing (5 XP) to someone you don't know.

Write in Your Journal:

Whose lens do I rarely look through? If I lived their life for one day, what would I want someone to do for me?

Day 26: The Floor Day Version

Silently say, "May you be at peace," for one person you'll never meet. Your day is complete.

Day 27: When It Doesn't Show Up

Today you will spend about 100 minutes learning what to do when your desire hasn't arrived yet.
Let's be honest about something most manifestation teachers skip... Sometimes it doesn't show up when you want it to. Actually, it RARELY shows up on your terms. Sometimes things even get worse and a lot worse before they get better. After I landed my dream job, I lived that dream for about a year and a half. Then, out of nowhere, I was laid off. I cried for a solid week. I kept asking, "What did I do wrong? Why would the universe take this away?"
What I couldn't see then is that the job was never the destination. It was a stepping stone. I had been focusing too small. The months I spent unemployed became some of the most important months of my life. I rebuilt my vision board. I went back to meditating for hours. And not long after, a check came out of nowhere, enough to move our family and start fresh.
Here's what CYOM believes about hard moments. A delay is not a denial. Contrast, the stuff you don't want, is information. It shows you, very clearly, what you DO want. And no hard thing that happens to you means you did this wrong or you deserve it. It means you're human, and you're still choosing what renders next.

Today's Meditation (40 min):

Play your New Life Meditation. In your 10 minutes of silence, bring up something that hasn't shown up yet, or something hard that happened recently. Put your hand on your heart and say, "Thank you. I appreciate you." and revel in the knowing that what you are envisioning is already yours in another dimension. You are simply trying to match your vibrational energy to it.

Write in Your Journal:

What is the hardest thing in my life right now? What is it teaching me to want? And if it's a stepping stone, where might it be leading?

Day 27: The Floor Day Version

Write down one hard thing, and next to it, one thing it's showing you that you want instead. Your day is complete.

Day 28: Letter to Day 1

Today you will spend about 100 minutes writing to the person (The Old You) who started this program.
Four weeks. Twenty-eight days of showing up, including the floor days, including the days you didn't feel like it. That's something most people will never do.
Before the ceremony begins tomorrow, there's someone you need to talk to. The person who opened a brand new notebook on Day 1 and wrote, "Today I choose."

Today's Meditation (40 min):

Play your New Life Meditation. In your 10 minutes of silence, picture yourself on Day 1, sitting with that fresh notebook, a little nervous, not sure this would work. Picture yourself sitting down next to the old you. Smile and think on the new ways you are thinking and feeling.

Write in Your Journal:

Write a letter to your Day 1 self. What do you want them to know? What surprised you? What are you proud of? What would you tell them to hang on to on the hard days? Take your time with this one. It's a letter you'll read again someday.

Day 28: The Floor Day Version

Write one sentence to your Day 1 self. Your day is complete.
Reflection
What would you tell someone starting Day 1 of this program right now?
0/300

Floor Day Note:

If you experienced any Floor Days during your journey, we encourage you to pause before moving on to the Completion Ceremony and consider beginning again with Day 1.
And that's perfectly okay. Sometimes, our first journey is simply about discovering what we're capable of, learning what works for us, and understanding where we need a little more time.
There's no failure here, and there's certainly no rush. Everything you've experienced has helped prepare you for your next attempt. The program will be here whenever you're ready to begin again, with more experience, greater awareness, and a fresh perspective.
Remember, starting over doesn't mean you're back where you began. You're starting again with everything you've learned along the way.

Your Completion Ceremony

Your ceremony takes place over Days 29 and 30.
Every major tradition in human history marks big transitions with ceremony. Weddings, graduations, baptisms, funerals, coming-of-age rituals. Ceremony tells your body, in a language older than words, that something has ended and something new has begun.
These last two days are yours.

Day 29: The Release

Today you let go of the old you. Not in a sad way. In the way you'd let go of a coat that doesn't fit anymore.

Step 1: Read Your Journal (30 min):

I want you to sit down with your favorite beverage and read your notebook/Journal from Day 1 to Day 28. All of it. Notice the thoughts you caught in Week 1, the stories you crossed out, the future self you described. Notice how much has already shifted.
Then rate your five life areas one more time, and compare them to Day 3 and Day 21.

Step 2: Write Your Release List (15 min):

On a separate sheet of paper, not in your notebook, write down everything you're done with. The old stories. The fears. The habits. The words you're not saying anymore. The version of you that stayed small. Be very specific.

Step 3: The Release (15 min):

Take that sheet outside. Choose one:
  1. Burn it in a fire-safe bowl or fire pit.
  2. Tear it into tiny pieces and bury it in the dirt.
As it goes, say out loud: "Thank you for getting me here. I release you now."

Step 4: Today's Meditation (40 min):

Come back inside and play your New Life Meditation, then 10 minutes of silence. Feel the empty space where all of that used to live. Just let it be empty and clean.

Write in Your Journal:

What does it feel like to be lighter? What am I making room for?

Day 30: The Declaration

Today you will spend about 2 hours declaring who you are now.
You made it. Thirty days.
Take a big, big breath and let it out in a sigh. Smile. Whatever happened over these thirty days, you showed up for yourself, day after day, and you are not the same person who started this. In fact, you could be millions of iterations away from that old person. It's impossible to go back now so you might as well continue on your new path!
Today, you declare who you are now.

Step 1: Return to Your Intention:

  1. Go to the Circle.
  2. Open Intentions → Active Intentions and find the intention you set on Day 7.
  3. Read it slowly. Then choose:
  4. If it has rendered, mark it fulfilled! It moves into the Hall of Manifestation for the whole community to see (+10 XP). You are now living proof for someone who needs to see it.
  5. If it hasn't rendered yet, set a new check-back date and renew it. Nothing has failed. You're simply not done yet, and you're a much stronger version of you to carry it forward.

Step 2: Today's Meditation (40 min):

Play your New Life Meditation one more time, then 10 minutes of silence. In the silence, don't ask for anything. Just smile and feel what it's like to be you, now.

Step 3: Your Declaration:

On a fresh page of your notebook, write your declaration in present tense. Start with "I am..." and write who you are now, what you've chosen, and the life you're living. Sign it and date it. Then read it out loud, standing up, like you mean it. Because you do!

Step 4: Write in Your Journal:

Who are you now?

So What Comes Next?

Thirty days is a beginning. Remember the 720 days from the Foundation course? Big transformation can often take around two years of showing up. You've just done the first thirty so you are well on your way. Don't you dare stop now!
Keep your notebook going, always. Keep your board on the wall. Keep creating and playing your meditations, rebuilding it in the Studio as you grow. Keep Catch and Re-render running forever. And whenever you feel stuck, come back and run these 30 days again. You'll be surprised how different they feel the second time around!
If you ever want a meditation built entirely around your own story, your name, and your exact desire, we have options for that.
You showed up. On the easy days and the floor days, you showed up. That's the whole secret, and now you know it.
Every teacher we quoted, every person in every story, started exactly where you started. Nervous, unsure, sitting with a notebook and a question. None of them had anything you don't have. They just decided to look, and kept looking.
So keep looking. Keep choosing. Keep rendering the life you want, one day at a time.
We are so proud of you. We really are.
With all our love,
Ryan and Chris Ann
