Have you ever played one of those giant open-world video games? Mountains in the distance, cities you can walk into, oceans you can sail across. Here's a secret most players never think about... The game isn't actually holding that whole world at once.
It can't.
It's too big.
So it only draws what's in front of the player in the present moment. The mountain behind you isn't really there until you turn around and look at it. The moment you look, it renders.
Programmers do this on purpose. It's the only way to run a big world, really fast and realistic.
Here at CYOM, we believe life works the same way and this entire 30-day program is built on that one idea.

Who This Program Is For

This isn't a course that tries to convince you. We did that in the Foundation course, with the science, the history, and my own story. This program is for people who are already there. You believe your inner world shapes your outer world, and now you want to train it every single day for 30 days.
Think of it as going to the gym after the textbook theory.

What CYOM Believes

Read these slowly. Notice which ones feel like home and which ones still feel strange. Both are okay.
1. You are the creator and so is everyone else. There is only one universal consciousness experiencing life through billions, or even quadrillions of different lenses. Yours is one of them. The person who cut you off in traffic is another. We are all the same creator, looking out through different eyes.
2. You were never born and you will never die. You simply are. The body is the lens. You are the one looking through it.
3. Everything already exists at the same time. Every version of your life, the good, the bad, the healed, the broke, the wealthy, the madly-in-love, already exists together in the realm of possibility. Nothing has to be built from scratch. It only has to be chosen.
4. Your focus decides what renders. Just like the video game, only what you look at gets drawn. If you focus on lack, lack renders. If you focus on abundance, abundance renders. If you're an atheist, life renders the experiences that fit that lens. If you believe in miracles, life renders miracles. You get what you look at, good or bad, every time.
5. If you don't choose, someone else will. Doing nothing is still a choice. It hands the controller to your boss, your news feed, your family's old stories, and every advertiser with a budget. This program is about taking the controller back.
6. We are them. Hold onto this one. We'll need it in a minute.

The Science That Inspired Us

Physics describes a universe so strange that our beliefs fit right inside it. Here's what inspires us from a scientific point of view:
  • The block universe. In Einstein's relativity, past, present, and future can all be treated as existing together, like frames of a film that are all on the reel at once. Einstein wrote near the end of his life that the difference between them is only "a stubbornly persistent illusion."
  • Many worlds. In 1957, physicist Hugh Everett proposed that every possible outcome of a quantum event actually happens, each one in its own branch of reality. Many serious physicists still hold this view today.
  • The observer effect. In the double-slit experiment, particles behave one way when nobody measures which path they take, and a different way when someone does. In physics, "observing" means a measurement interacting with the particle. CYOM takes one step further and believes consciousness itself is part of that picture.
  • Entanglement. Two particles can stay linked as one system no matter how far apart they travel. The 2022 Nobel Prize in Physics went to the scientists who proved it.
  • The light spectrum. Human eyes see a thin sliver of the electromagnetic spectrum. Radio waves, X-rays, and infrared are all around you right now, completely invisible. Your lens only shows you a tiny slice of what's actually there.
And then there's the piece that isn't a belief at all, because it's measurable.
  • Your reticular activating system (RAS). This is a network in your brainstem that filters the millions of bits of information hitting you every second and decides what reaches your awareness. Remember buying a car and suddenly seeing that same car everywhere? The cars were always there. Your RAS just started rendering them. When you focus on wealth, you start noticing wealthy people, opportunities, and conversations you walked right past before. Your paths start to cross. That part is proven.

Answer
Physics describes a universe strange enough for our beliefs to fit inside it. Whatever you focus on, you start to notice, and what you notice shapes what you do. Everything else, we invite you to test for yourself over the next 30 days.

The Ancient Voices Said It First

Long before anybody measured a particle, people were saying the same thing:
Scripture
  • "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." (Matthew 7:7)
  • "If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth." (Mark 9:23)
  • "Be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind." (Romans 12:2)
  • "Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee." (Job 22:28)
  • "Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life." (Proverbs 4:23)
  • "The kingdom of God is within you." (Luke 17:21)
  • "God does not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves." (Qur'an 13:11, as commonly translated)
  • "Man is made of his faith; as is his faith, so is he." (Bhagavad Gita 17:3)
Ancient Wisdom
  • "All that we are is the result of what we have thought." (The Dhammapada, verse 1)
  • "As above, so below." (Hermetic principle)
New Thought Teachers
  • "The ancestor of every action is a thought." (Ralph Waldo Emerson, Spiritual Laws, 1841)
  • "Thoughts are things." (Prentice Mulford, 1889)
  • "There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made." (Wallace D. Wattles, The Science of Getting Rich, 1910)
  • "The game of life is a game of boomerangs." (Florence Scovel Shinn, The Game of Life and How to Play It, 1925)
  • "Your word is your wand." (Florence Scovel Shinn, book title, 1928)
  • "Imagination creates reality." (Neville Goddard)
Modern Voices
  • "Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve." (Napoleon Hill)
  • "We become what we think about." (Earl Nightingale, The Strangest Secret, 1956)
  • "Imagination is more important than knowledge." (Albert Einstein, 1929)
  • "Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right." (attributed to Henry Ford)
Different centuries, different languages, but the same message.

What About the Suffering?

This is the question everyone thinks about and almost nobody asks out loud. What about the child with cancer? The kids who go to bed hungry every night? Did they "attract" that?
Here's what CYOM believes. That child is the creator too, the same as you. We are experiencing life as them, right now, through a lens we can't see from here. Your lens only shows you the slice of life you're focused on, the same way your eyes only show you a sliver of the light spectrum. That doesn't make their pain less real. It makes it ours.
So when you see suffering, don't look for blame. Look for compassion. Pray for them, give to them, help them, because on some level you are helping yourself. That's what belief #6 means.
And if you're in a hard season right now, the same goes for you. You didn't fail. You didn't cause it by thinking wrong. You're here and choosing what renders next.

If You Think This Is All Nonsense

That's okay. Truly. This path isn't the path for everyone, and if now is our time to part ways, I wish you well.
Remember what we said in the Foundation course: Skepticism is welcome but cynicism is not. If you're curious but unsure, stay. Test it. Let your own 30 days be the judge.

How the 30 Days Work

Participate with one lesson each day. Don't skip ahead. Rendering a new life is about repetition and taking action, not speed.
It builds week by week.
  • Week 1: Become the Observer. 10 minutes of meditation a day.
  • Week 2: Choose What Renders. 20 minutes, plus your vision board.
  • Week 3: Become the One Who Has It. 30 minutes, plus acting as if.
  • Week 4: Walk It Into Form. 40 minutes, plus inspired action.
  • Days 29 and 30: Your Completion Ceremony.
You will not be asked for more than two hours in any given day. Some days will be heavy and others will be light.

The daily habit that runs all 30 days:

Catch and Re-render. The moment you notice a negative thought, you name it and swap it for its opposite before it finishes playing. On Day 2 it'll feel clumsy but by Day 30 it'll be automatic.
Floor days count. Remember the three tiers from the exhaustion course? A good day gets the full lesson. An ordinary day gets a shorter version. And on a floor day, the short "Floor Day Version" at the bottom of each lesson completes the day.
The only way to fail this program is to quit.
Your journal is going to be sacred to you. Each day has its own journal prompt, and some of them are "Would you rather" questions designed to make you think. You'll write in a real notebook with a real pen, because this is a book you'll keep for years. Someday you'll open it and say, "Wow! Look at me now!"

Before Day 1: Gather Your Supplies

  • A blank notebook. Not one you already own. Go buy a new one. You'll decorate it on Day 1, so pick one that makes you feel something.
  • Pens and markers in colors you love.
  • Old magazines, scissors, and glue for your vision board.
  • A corkboard or poster board to hang on your wall.
  • A free Canva account (canva.com) for your digital vision board.
When your supplies are ready, come back and start Day 1. This is where the rendering begins.
