Week 4: Walk It Into Form
40 minutes of meditation a day, plus everything you've built so far
Your daily 40 minutes: play My New Life Meditation (about 30 minutes), then sit for 10 more minutes in silence, just breathing and feeling. Keep up your board time, your act as if action, and Catch and Re-render. This week, you add inspired action and an evidence log.
Day 22: Inspired Action
Today: about 100 minutes
There was a day, when I was still very sick, when the light came through the window just right and something quiet in me said, "Get up. Walk to the door. Just the door." And the old me said, "Don't be foolish. You'll fall. You'll make it worse."
For a long time, I listened to the old me. Then one day I didn't. I threw the covers off, forced a smile, gave thanks for a body that wasn't healed yet, and walked to the door on shaking legs. Walking to the door didn't heal me. Being willing to walk to the door did. That was the new identity reaching for its own life.
That's inspired action. It's not hustle. It's not panic-applying to forty jobs at midnight. You learned the difference in the exhaustion course: action from effort feels like pushing, and action from rest feels like being pulled. Inspired action is the pull.
Today's Meditation (40 min)
Play My New Life Meditation, then sit 10 minutes in silence. During the silence, ask, "What's one step that's calling me?" Don't hunt for the answer. Let it drop in, the way a forgotten name shows up while you're making a sandwich.
Your Journal
Make two lists. On the left, actions that feel pushed: things you "should" do, that make your jaw tight. On the right, actions that feel pulled: things that feel exciting, or simple, or strangely obvious.
Pick one item from the right side, and do it today.
Floor Day Version
Write down one pulled action. Do the smallest possible version of it. Day complete.
[Reflection]
What's one step you took today that your old self would have talked you out of?
Day 23: The Evidence Log
Today: about 100 minutes
"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." (Hebrews 11:1)
Here's a secret about manifesting. The big thing almost never arrives first. Little things arrive first. A song on the radio at the exact right moment. A stranger mentioning the city you want to move to. A $20 bill in an old jacket. An email from someone you were just thinking about.
Most people miss all of it, because they're only watching for the big thing. So their RAS never learns that the universe is answering. Today you start keeping score.
Start Your Evidence Log
Turn to a fresh page in your notebook and title it Evidence. From today on, write down every sign, synchronicity, coincidence, and small win you notice. Nothing is too small. Then go back through your journal from Day 1 and add anything that already happened that you didn't count at the time. Did the Day 8 experiment show up? Log it.
You'll be surprised how full this page gets. The more you log, the more your RAS goes looking, and the more you find. It feeds itself.
Today's Meditation (40 min)
Play My New Life Meditation, then 10 minutes of silence. In the silence, replay three pieces of evidence from your log, and feel grateful for each one.
Your Journal
What evidence did I dismiss as "just a coincidence" before I started this program?
Floor Day Version
Write one piece of evidence on your Evidence page. Day complete.
Day 24: Crossing Paths
Today: about 100 minutes
Remember the RAS from Day 0? When you focus on something, you start noticing it everywhere. And when you start noticing the people who already live the life you want, something wonderful happens. Your paths start to cross.
Wealthy people know other wealthy people. Happy couples hang out with happy couples. Healthy people go hiking with healthy people. When you start moving like your future self, you start showing up in the rooms where your future self hangs out, and those people start showing up in yours.
Today, you reach out.
Today's Meditation (40 min)
Play My New Life Meditation, then 10 minutes of silence. In the silence, picture someone who already has what you want, sitting across from you, smiling, happy to help.
Your Crossing Paths Action
Reach out to one person who is already living part of the life you want. Ask them a question. Compliment their journey. Invite them to coffee. It could be a friend of a friend, someone in a community you belong to, or someone in the CYOM Circle.
On CYOM
Go to the Circle and find members whose posts light you up. Heart them to add them to My Circle, and send one of them a Direct Message through Messages. You can also open the Community Map from the round button in the bottom right corner and see who's out there, all over the world, doing this work with you.
Your Journal
Who is already living part of my future? What would I love to ask them?
Floor Day Version
Write down the name of one person you'd like to reach out to. Day complete.
Day 25: Surrender
Today: about 100 minutes
You've chosen. You've felt it. You've acted. Now comes the hardest part for most people: letting go.
The crown chakra asks, "Can I let go of the how and trust the universe?" That's today's whole lesson. Think about trying to fall asleep. The harder you try, the more awake you get. Manifesting works the same way. Your job was to set the conditions. The universe handles delivery.
Letting go doesn't mean you stop wanting. It means you stop gripping. You stop checking the mailbox eleven times a day. You stop asking, "Is it working yet?" You trust it the way you trust your kitchen table is still in the kitchen.
Today's Meditation (40 min): Divine Flow
Today, you're not choosing your meditation. You're letting it choose you.
- Go to Create.
- Find Divine Flow, set the duration to 40 minutes, and click Generate Divine Flow.
- The site will randomly assemble tracks for you. Whatever comes, press play, and receive it without judging it.
That's the practice. Accepting what arrives without needing to control it.
Your Journal
Would you rather control every detail of how your desire arrives, or receive something even better than you pictured, in a way you never expected?
Then write down the one desire you've been gripping the hardest, and write underneath it: "I release the how."
Floor Day Version
Say out loud, "I release the how." Take one long exhale. Day complete.
Day 26: We Are Them
Today: about 100 minutes
On Day 0, you read belief #6: we are them. Today we live it.
There's a person you rarely think about. Maybe it's someone living on the street you pass every day. Maybe it's a child in another country who went to bed hungry. Maybe it's the neighbor you can't stand. CYOM believes you are experiencing life as them too, through a lens you can't see from here.
Here's the beautiful part. When you send love to someone else, you're sending it to yourself. When you help someone else, you're helping yourself. That's not a trick for manifesting faster. It's just how it works when we're all the same creator.
Today's Meditation (40 min)
Play My New Life Meditation. Then, for your 10 minutes of silence, do a loving-kindness practice. Picture someone you love and silently say, "May you be safe. May you be healthy. May you be happy. May you be at peace." Then do the same for a stranger. Then for someone you find difficult. Then for the child who went to bed hungry tonight. Then for yourself.
Your Compassion Action
Do one real, physical kind thing for someone who can't pay you back. Buy a meal. Donate. Leave a big tip. Help someone carry groceries. Call someone who's lonely.
On CYOM
Go to the Circle and either Dedicate a Meditation to another member (10 XP) or Send a Blessing (5 XP). Choose someone who looks like they're going through a hard time.
Your Journal
Whose lens do I rarely look through? If I lived their life for one day, what would I want someone to do for me?
Floor Day Version
Silently say, "May you be at peace," for one person you'll never meet. Day complete.
[Reflection]
What kind thing did you do today, and how did it feel?
Day 27: When It Doesn't Show Up
Today: about 100 minutes
Let's be honest about something most manifestation teachers skip.
Sometimes it doesn't show up when you want it to. Sometimes things even get worse. After I landed my dream job, I lived that dream for about a year and a half. Then, out of nowhere, I was laid off. I cried for a solid week. I kept asking, "What did I do wrong? Why would the universe take this away?"
What I couldn't see then is that the job was never the destination. It was a stepping stone. I had been focusing too small. The months I spent unemployed became some of the most important months of my life. I rebuilt my vision board. I went back to meditating for hours. And not long after, a check came out of nowhere, enough to move our family and start fresh.
Here's what CYOM believes about hard moments. A delay is not a denial. Contrast, the stuff you don't want, is information. It shows you, very clearly, what you DO want. And no hard thing that happens to you means you did this wrong or you deserve it. It means you're human, and you're still choosing what renders next.
Today's Meditation (40 min)
Play My New Life Meditation. In your 10 minutes of silence, bring up something that hasn't shown up yet, or something hard that happened recently. Put your hand on your heart and say, "Thank you for showing me what I want."
Your Journal
What is the hardest thing in my life right now? What is it teaching me to want? And if it's a stepping stone, where might it be leading?
Floor Day Version
Write down one hard thing, and next to it, one thing it's showing you that you want instead. Day complete.
Day 28: Letter to Day 1
Today: about 100 minutes
Four weeks. Twenty-eight days of showing up, including the floor days, including the days you didn't feel like it. That's something most people will never do.
Before the ceremony begins tomorrow, there's someone you need to talk to. The person who opened a brand new notebook on Day 1 and wrote, "Today I choose."
Today's Meditation (40 min)
Play My New Life Meditation. In your 10 minutes of silence, picture yourself on Day 1, sitting with that fresh notebook, a little nervous, not sure this would work. Picture yourself sitting down next to them.
Your Journal
Write a letter to your Day 1 self. What do you want them to know? What surprised you? What are you proud of? What would you tell them to hang on to on the hard days?
Take your time with this one. It's a letter you'll read again someday.
Floor Day Version
Write one sentence to your Day 1 self. Day complete.
[Reflection]
What would you tell someone starting Day 1 of this program right now?
Your Completion Ceremony
Days 29 and 30
Every major tradition in human history marks big transitions with ceremony. Weddings, graduations, baptisms, funerals, coming-of-age rituals. Ceremony tells your body, in a language older than words, that something has ended and something new has begun.
These last two days are yours.
Day 29: The Release
Today: about 2 hours
Today you let go of the old you. Not in a sad way. In the way you'd let go of a coat that doesn't fit anymore.
Step 1: Read Your Journal (30 min)
Read your notebook from Day 1 to Day 28. All of it. Notice the thoughts you caught in Week 1, the stories you crossed out, the future self you described. Notice how much has already shifted.
Then rate your five life areas one more time, and compare them to Day 3 and Day 21.
Step 2: Write Your Release List (15 min)
On a separate sheet of paper, not in your notebook, write down everything you're done with. The old stories. The fears. The habits. The words you're not saying anymore. The version of you that stayed small. Be specific.
Step 3: The Release (15 min)
Take that sheet outside. Choose one:
- Burn it in a fire-safe bowl or fire pit, somewhere safe, with water nearby. Never indoors.
- Tear it into tiny pieces and bury it in the dirt.
- Tear it into tiny pieces and throw it away somewhere you'll never go back to.
As it goes, say out loud: "Thank you for getting me here. I release you now."
Step 4: Today's Meditation (40 min)
Come back inside and play My New Life Meditation, then 10 minutes of silence. Feel the empty space where all of that used to live. Don't fill it yet. Just let it be empty and clean.
Your Journal
What does it feel like to be lighter? What am I making room for?
Floor Day Version
Write one thing you're done with on a scrap of paper, tear it up, and throw it away. Day complete.
Day 30: The Declaration
Today: about 2 hours
You made it. Thirty days.
Take a big, big breath and let it out in a sigh. Smile. Whatever happened over these thirty days, you showed up for yourself, day after day, and you are not the person who started this.
Today, you declare who you are now.
Step 1: Return to Your Intention
- Go to the Circle.
- Open Intentions → Active Intentions and find the intention you set on Day 7.
- Read it slowly. Then choose: If it has rendered, mark it fulfilled! It moves into the Hall of Manifestation for the whole community to see (+10 XP). You are now living proof for someone who needs to see it.If it hasn't rendered yet, set a new check-back date and renew it. Nothing failed. You're simply not done yet, and you're a much stronger version of you to carry it forward.

Step 2: Today's Meditation (40 min)
Play My New Life Meditation one more time, then 10 minutes of silence. In the silence, don't ask for anything. Just feel what it's like to be you, now.
Step 3: Your Declaration
On a fresh page of your notebook, write your declaration in present tense. Start with "I am..." and write who you are now, what you've chosen, and the life you're living. Sign it and date it. Then read it out loud, standing up, like you mean it. Because you do.
Your Journal
Who are you now?
Step 4: Share It (optional)
If you'd like, go to Studio, open My New Life Meditation, and publish it as a starter pack so other members can use it as a starting point for their own. Your first three packs are free. You can also post in the Circle and tell the community you finished. Someone on Day 1 needs to see that it's possible.
What Comes Next
Thirty days is a beginning. Remember 720 from the Foundation course? Big transformation often takes around two years of showing up, with ten days of grace built in for being human. You've just done the first thirty.
Keep your notebook going. Keep your board on the wall. Keep playing your meditation, rebuilding it in the Studio as you grow. Keep Catch and Re-render running forever. And whenever you feel stuck, come back and run these 30 days again. You'll be surprised how different they feel the second time.
If you ever want a meditation built entirely around your own story, your name, and your exact desire, that's what our Custom Personalized Meditation service is for. It's completely optional, and everything you've done in this program is yours to keep and use for free, forever. We simply offer it for anyone who wants that extra layer.
[Reflection]
Write your declaration in one sentence, starting with "I am."
A Letter From Us
You showed up. On the easy days and the floor days, you showed up. That's the whole secret, and now you know it.
Every teacher we quoted, every person in every story, started exactly where you started. Nervous, unsure, sitting with a notebook and a question. None of them had anything you don't have. They just decided to look, and kept looking.
So keep looking. Keep choosing. Keep rendering the life you want, one day at a time.
We are so proud of you. We really are.
With all our love,
Ryan and Chris Ann
